Membership

Membership is reserved for individuals who meet the financial, reputational, and cultural standards set by the Founding Council.

Financial qualification matters, but it is not the deciding factor. Admission is determined primarily by character, and by the degree to which a member reflects the principles upon which INLUX was formed.

The Member Experience

Membership is designed to create value
through people, relationships, and opportunities
that would rarely emerge through conventional networks.

Members benefit from:

Access to a carefully curated global community.
Intelligent introductions based on relevance, trust, and alignment.
Private gatherings and experiences in selected locations.
Shared opportunities across business, investment, philanthropy, culture, sport, and other areas of significance.
Access to the Generosity Board.
Participation in the philanthropic initiatives of the INLUX Foundation.
Exclusive member services and trusted ecosystem partners.

The most significant outcomes often begin with a single trusted introduction, a meaningful conversation, or a relationship developed over time.

INLUX exists to create the conditions in which those moments can occur.

The Ecosystem

I

The Member Directory

A private directory of members spanning business, investment, entrepreneurship, family offices, philanthropy, sport, culture, and other fields of significance. Curated to the same standard as admission itself.

II

The Introductions Framework

Introductions made with purpose: personal, considered, and designed to create genuine value for both parties rather than simply expand a contact list.

III

The Generosity Board

A member-led initiative through which hospitality, access, expertise, and experiences are offered and shared for the benefit of the wider community.

IV

The Marketplace

A private environment in which members may buy, sell, source, and share opportunities, assets, services, and experiences with confidence in both the audience and the context.

V

Events & Gatherings

A curated programme of flagship events, private dinners, round tables, and experiences in selected cities around the world, designed to facilitate conversation rather than fill a calendar.

VI

Member Services

A growing range of opportunities and services available exclusively to members through the INLUX ecosystem and its network of trusted partners.

The Environment

Selective by design. Limited by intention.

A carefully considered structure, a high standard consistently maintained, and an atmosphere in which every detail has been approached with purpose, because the environment itself is part of what is being offered.

The First Generation of INLUX

The Founding Council
Governance
One Founding Patron and Four Ultimate Founding Members
The Founding Assembly
Charter Members
15 members, from Number 6 to Number 20
Members
Members 21 to 1000

Selected conversations are currently underway across international business, family offices, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, elite sport, culture, luxury, and leadership circles worldwide.

The Founding Assembly comprises one Founding Patron and four Ultimate Founding Members: the first five people to help shape the principles, culture, and long-term direction of the community.

Each member of The Founding Assembly may introduce up to three prospective members for consideration. Those individuals, subject to approval by The Founding Council, become Charter Members.

Together, The Founding Assembly and Charter Members form The Founding Circle: the first twenty members of INLUX.

The community will ultimately be capped at 1,000 members worldwide.

Growth is not the ambition. Integrity of the group is.

III

Introductions

Made with care. Never at volume.

Every introduction within INLUX is personally considered, contextually relevant, and guided by an understanding of both parties, not by an algorithm or a desire to appear active. The goal is not frequency. It is fit.

The Generosity Board

One of the defining characteristics of INLUX is a culture of contribution.

The Generosity Board provides a trusted environment through which members may offer opportunities, experiences, access, introductions, expertise, and resources for the benefit of fellow members.

These may include private hospitality, cultural and sporting events, unique travel opportunities, specialist knowledge, philanthropic initiatives, introductions to exceptional individuals, or experiences that would otherwise remain unavailable outside the community.

A member may have spare places aboard a yacht during the Monaco Grand Prix, available seats on a private jet flight, hospitality at a major sporting event, access to a private performance, or an opportunity that could meaningfully benefit another member.

The value lies not simply in the opportunity itself, but in the spirit in which it is offered.

The Generosity Board exists to strengthen relationships, encourage reciprocity, and reinforce a culture where members actively contribute to one another's success and enjoyment of life.

Contribution Mindset

The most valued members of INLUX are those who arrive with a desire to contribute before they seek to benefit. This is not a transactional expectation, it is a cultural principle.

Membership Structure

I
Joining Fee

A one-time Joining Fee of £40,000, which includes the first year of membership.

II
Annual Renewal

An Annual Renewal Membership Fee of £20,000 thereafter.

III
What Membership Supports

Membership fees contribute towards the stewardship of the community, technology infrastructure, member services, events, administration, philanthropy, and the continued development of the INLUX ecosystem.

Accordingly, 5% of all membership fees and 5% of all net revenue generated across the INLUX ecosystem are allocated automatically to the INLUX Foundation.

Community

A deliberately finite community.

INLUX will never exceed 1,000 members. That limit exists to protect what makes the community worth belonging to. The relevance of every introduction, the scarcity of every opportunity, the intimacy of every gathering. When capacity is reached, new admissions will occur only as existing memberships become available.
