Membership Criteria

Membership is reserved for individuals who meet the financial, reputational, and cultural standards set by the Founding Council.

Financial qualification matters, but it is not the deciding factor. Admission is determined primarily by character, and by the degree to which a member reflects the principles upon which INLUX was formed.

All prospective members must possess a minimum verifiable net worth of £100 million.

THE INLUX STANDARD

INLUX exists to bring together people who share a genuine commitment to integrity, discretion, generosity, and considered thinking. The criteria below exist to protect that.

I
Character & Conduct

Trust is the foundation upon which the entire ecosystem rests. Every member is expected to demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional conduct, both within INLUX and beyond it.

Members should possess

  • A reputation for integrity, discretion, and treating others with respect.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Sound judgement and professionalism in their dealings with others.
  • A commitment to preserving the culture, standards, and reputation of the community.

Any conduct that undermines the trust, dignity, wellbeing, safety, or confidence of fellow members may result in suspension or permanent removal.

II
Contribution Mindset

The most valued members of INLUX are those who arrive with a desire to contribute before they seek to benefit. This is not a transactional expectation, it is a cultural principle.

Members should demonstrate

  • A genuine inclination to create value for others without expectation of immediate return.
  • A willingness to share introductions, knowledge, opportunities, experiences, and expertise.
  • Participation in the Generosity Board and other community initiatives.
  • A demonstrable track record of meaningful contribution within their profession, industry, charitable activities, or wider community.

The strength of INLUX will not be measured by what members take from the ecosystem, but by what they contribute to it.

III
Values Alignment

INLUX is a small, high-trust global community for individuals who understand that exceptional opportunities emerge from exceptional relationships, built patiently over time. Members are expected to embody the principles below.

  • Stewardship over entitlement.
  • Integrity over convenience.
  • Depth of relationship over volume of connection.
  • Collaboration over competition.
  • Mutual respect in every interaction.
  • Long-term thinking over short-term gain.

Membership is a privilege, not an entitlement. Every member is held to the same standard, regardless of profile, influence, tenure, or financial standing.

THE INLUX DIFFERENCE

Most communities pursue growth. INLUX pursues alignment. Most networks optimise for scale. INLUX optimises for relevance.

The objective is not to assemble the largest collection of successful people. It is to create an environment where exceptional individuals can build trusted relationships with one another, and where opportunity emerges naturally from time spent in the right company.

The quality of INLUX will never be determined by the number of members inside the community. It will be determined by the quality of those members, and by the way they choose to support one another.

THE INTRODUCTIONS FRAMEWORK

Every member may introduce up to three prospective members. This limitation is intentional. INLUX is built on the belief that the quality of a community is determined by the quality of the people within it, and by limiting introductions, every referral remains thoughtful, considered, and significant.

Members who introduce prospective candidates assume a degree of reputational responsibility for those introductions. Every candidate is reviewed independently by The Founding Council, and no introduction guarantees admission.

The objective is not growth. It is alignment.

THE ADMISSION PROCESS

Membership is available strictly by invitation.

  1. Step One

    Invitation or Introduction

Prospective members may be introduced by an existing member, identified through INLUX's own curation process, or invited directly by The Founding Council.

  2. Step Two

    Considered Sponsorship

Introductions are made thoughtfully and only where the sponsoring member believes the individual genuinely reflects the standards and values of INLUX.

  3. Step Three

    Comprehensive Review

Every candidate undergoes a detailed review conducted by The Founding Council, evaluating character, reputation, values alignment, contribution mindset, and overall suitability.

  4. Step Four

    Final Decision

The Founding Council reserves the right to approve, defer, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion. Its decisions are final.

Members who introduce prospective candidates assume a degree of reputational responsibility for those introductions. The quality of the community depends upon the judgement of the people entrusted to help shape it.

MEMBERSHIP CAPACITY

One Thousand Members Worldwide.
No Exceptions.

INLUX will never exceed 1,000 members worldwide. This limit exists to ensure that every relationship, introduction, and opportunity retains its relevance and value.

Membership is intentionally scarce. When capacity is reached, new admissions will occur only when an existing membership becomes available.

Growth is not the objective. Quality is.

Every admission strengthens the community. Every decision to decline protects it.
